"Karla and Mary are a blessing and employees like them are few and far in between. I barreled in their office on a Friday late for my appointment. Not only was I late but I put the wrong thing for my appointment. At a time I'm sure they were ready to clock out, they serviced my chaotic and late self with a smile and grace. The 2 sweetest and kindest ladies I've met !!!! Labcorp is blessed to have them."

"This lab is a joke! They don't help anyone! My husband went to do lab work and there was no one to assist him. They had the door locked to the back and no one came out when he tapped on the door. Not everyone is savvy and can do the machines. We'll go to Lourdes for now on. They have a actual person to help you at the front. This isn't the first time we've had issues with the new Iberia location."

"I waited 1 hr after my appointment time and tried to speak to someone but was told they would call me. My husband finally walked into the hall and asked why his wife had not been seen right after him. They said my appointment was not in their computer. However it was on my phone as was my husbands.. Was not friendly or efficient place nor were they wearing face masks. I saw sign saying they disinfect after every patient, well I was quickly rushed into empty stall and they did not disinfect, thank goodness she did put gloves on to draw blood, This lab really needs to be retrained and at least have window to see patients and have possible questions answered."

"Oh been sitting here now for 20 mins a never even had a single person come to the front. There is now 6 other individuals that have walked in and not a single person came from the back. However we can here them discussing their love life and how someone is stupid! Never again will I come here!!"

"Absolutely horrible place. Slow, incompetent ,very unfriendly. Management needs to make many, many changes!! I do have to give credit to Mary. After waiting forever, she is the one who drew my blood. Mary was friendly and I appreciate that."
