"Very poor agency. I was sold a term life policy, while requesting a whole life. I reached out to corporate as well as to the office locally and requested a meeting to talk about converting it when I reviewed the policy and found it was not an "investment" account. I would not recommend doing business with this agency. The office is still indicating they are closed to the public due to Covid..."

It's getting very frustrating. Be careful. They are ok taking your money, but not so good at giving it back when it is properly needed."
