"I was driving around Georgia for a year before taking the initiative to switch insurances. When I finally did so this past February, I immediately notified Jason to inform him of the switch. He informed me that because I’d already changed insurances, the “system” would take care of itself and I’d receive the adjusted difference by check, in the mail. I’ve continued to receive notifications stating that I owe Progressive. I just spoke with someone from the 1-800# for the third time, and they’ve informed me that I’m continuing to receive notifications that I owe b/c my insurance was cancelled on March 21st due to non payment, when in actuality, I changed insurances on February 28th and tried alerting Jason of the change to avoid this very circumstance! "Got mail from these folks at the end of the year that pretended to be an “IMPORTANT RENEWAL NOTICE” but was just an attempt to poach from my current home insurer. Also it was for a house that I don’t live in anymore. The junk mail included a graphic bragging about having 5 stars on Google, but now I see that was a lie because this is the first rating anyone has done for them.
