"We've been going to this CVS since Jan 2020 and haven't really had any issues prior to today; we got flu shots and COVID tests here in the past and had quick and easy drive-thru service for prescriptions... before today. I got in line behind 1 car at drive thru at 10am. After 30 minutes of waiting, I needed to get out of line so I could go to work (I just figured I'd come back later) and so I called the pharmacy to ask if they would have the first vehicle move up so we could squeeze around them to leave. The pharmacist would not ask the vehicle in front to move and told me they were processing COVID tests and had no idea how long it would take. When I got out of the car to ask the car in front if they could move forward to let us out, the pharmacist in the window very loudly and rudely told the gentleman to ignore me and not move. Myself and the 4 cars behind me all had to coordinate backing up out of the drive thru line. I really don't understand why the drive thru line is handling COVID testing that takes more than 30 minutes with no warning to people who are just trying to pick up prescriptions... and the fact that the pharmacists were so rude to me when all I wanted to do was leave was so off-putting. We'll find a different pharmacy, there's no shortage of them in Mid-City."

"This is the worst CVS Pharmacy I have ever been to, and by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Anh, Pharmacy Manager, is not knowledgeable, is extremely rude and treats customers in a very hateful manner. It says a great deal about CVS that they would employ her and continue to keep her on staff after what I’m sure are multiple complaints she’s received."
