"I had a prescription called in around 10 am and a friend went to pick it up for me and the worker had no idea what/where it could be. Turns out they didn’t check their voicemail I think this is very unprofessional and dangerous. You guys have to do better. Ppl’s lives are at stake!"

"Excellent customer service! I’m from another state and brought in a paper prescription and within 24 hours the pharmacist was able to contact my PCP to verify and fill my prescription. I highly recommend this pharmacy!"

"Customer service is slow and bad. At first I thought there was only one technician working but then I noticed that one technician had just been hanging out around the store area instead of working in the Eye Center and then eventually came back to the Eye Center. Then the technician helped a white customer who came in after me and was trying to help two people at once instead of paying attention to who came in first, and helping one customer at a time. I waited at least 30 to 45 minutes more than I should have waited. Also, weren’t that many people in the Eye Center so it was just bad customer service. I am mentioning all of this because people have full-time daytime jobs and lives and sometimes people are coming in during their lunch or break hours and can’t afford to wait 30 minutes to an hour to get help."

"My doctor told me to schedule a booster shot so i scheduled it at this Walmart in my neighborhood. The tech refused to give me the booster bc it had not quit been 6 months since my second vaccine. I described my situation to the tech and the reply given was “then go see your doctor”. didn’t need the surliness on top of the rejection."
