"This is hands down the best hobby shop I've been to. I drive 30 min away to get my parts from westbank hobbies when I have a hobby shop 5 min from my house and can get a discount because I had a family member that passed away that used to work there. But I rather spend the extra money in gas to get amazing customer service and good advice than save a few dollars. These people really seem to care about customers and always want to help even if I'm not spending any money. I've been going to westbank hobbies for all my rc parts and help for a while now and never had a problem. Besides a traxxas charger that stopped working and they resolved the problem with no Issues.
