"I'm not sure how this place could get less than 5 stars. We have been extremely pleased with the awards and customer service that Bill and Ricky have provided for our school events over the past 4-5 years now. Really patient and always willing to take the time to get things right. They have always delivered our orders on time error free. Actually, I take that back - there was one error one year, but they drove out the replacement award to us across the Causeway (event was on the Northshore). Who does that for a $1.00 award? We used another trophy shop for years that routinely made tons of mistakes. I can't recommend these guys enough."
