"Went to Carter's this past weekend to pick up a bday gift for my grandson's 1st birthday. When I got to the cashier I was having problems with my Carter's card..Sara was who checked me out. I would like to say how patient and courteous she was with me. She could have just let me believe that my transaction was not approved and moved on. But after I explained that I had a credit balance she did not stop short with assisting me. I truly value great customer service and I appreciate Sara for being helpful and thorough.."

"Really put off by the manager here. She hovered at the door blocking entrance more concerned with telling customers that were POC that the store was closing at 3 and they need to be at the register be then. Mean while, the rest of the customers, non POC were shopping freely without extra or scrutiny. Maybe it's just me. Maybe I'm crazy. Maybe she wasn't treating us differently than other customers... She should be more concerned with be a good manager and actually doing something to help her team."

"I went to return some items purchased online. They did the transactions more than once and the computer kept going down. The associate who helped me was very apologetic but it was a slow process. She didn’t seem as familiar. She told me certain items I had were not coming up on the register when it was clearly on the invoices. It’s your merchandise, what do you mean? I was so disgusted at this point I told her never mind and took it back. I feel the manager should have stepped in but she didn’t appear to want to help this young lady. So, I won’t be back to this location."
