"Pretty frustrating experience with All Carts. Dropped off a cart for a repair and some modifications. Asked them to also change tires and batteries. 4 weeks later, I called in for an update and they hadn't ordered a single item. "They don't order parts until it comes in the shop". 4 weeks later, I called for an update. 3 times with no returned call. After an onsite visit, I was finally given an update. No work had been done. They don't start work until all parts are in. Bottom line. They don't order parts when you ask, they don't return phone calls, and they will definitley not treat your project with ANY urgency. Do yourself a favor. Go elsewhere."
