Family Dollar

"I would just like to say that this store was so clean and organized!!!! I had just left a Dollar General and went to this Family Dollar and wow what a difference!!! Also the manager there which I am not sure what her name was but she was so kind and helpful!!!! I really hope the main office sees this review and gives her major props for what she is doing!!!!"

"I am a regular customer. The only reason now I'm a regular is because it is the closest store to my house. For the past couple of months the store has been chaotic. Boxes empty and full of product all on the floor of the isle. The Uboats have to be moved to get item you want. I am a bigger woman and have to turn sideways to get through an isle. A buggie would not fit. The shelves are never stocked. I used to like coming here. Now it's too overwhelming. Miss the last manager Stephanie. She used to work overtime to stock and never had any boxes or u boats on the isles. You can tell employees are getting fed up with having to run cash register and stock and be the only person in the building. Y'all need more workers."

"Was waiting to check out and associates were switching shifts… there were about 7 people in line. Brittany could not figure out how to close her register and extremely rude to the guy trying to start his shift. Calling him out tell him he needed to help her right then…. The poor guy was trying to tell her to let him finish counting his register. Please train her- maybe she was frustrated but was extremely rude and unprofessional… Couldn’t help but to notice “Now Hiring” signs all Over the store. I can’t imagine anyone wanting to work there while Brittany is talking down to co-workers"

"Some selection and prices not as good as Dollar General HOWEVER clothing selection is much better."

"This family dollar is relatively new and really close to home! It was well organized and the lady working helped me find a few things as if she stocks the entire place! I will be back soon"
