"I wanted stuff done to my bike. The bottom bracket felt like a bearing broke, I wanted new tread, new pedals and different handle bar grips. The young man at the front asked if he could ride it to see what needed to be done. After the 1min. ride he said dont worry about anything until it breaks. I said I don't drive and that if something broke I'd be eff'd and stranded. He basically wanted to get back to chillen with his friends instead of making a sale I guess."
"I LOVE THIS PLACE! Nothing beats the feeling of genuine, knowledgeable, friendly staff. Ben has been doing a phenomenal job with this location! They are huge supporters of the local biking community. Their excellent service skills are the best in Baton Rouge hands down! As a biking business owner, I wouldn't bring my fleet anywhere else but here!"
"Bought a kids bike and got my old bike tuned up in one afternoon. Staff was very helpful. And friendly. I’ll be back."
"Another one star review! Brought my bike in two months ago to have the suspension tuned up, needed a new chain ring, needed the brakes fixed, and a spoke fixed. They will not call you when your bike is “ready” so you have to call them. So I called them about three weeks ago and they said the bike was ready so I went to pick it up and they had only changed the brake pads and they had not done anything else so I told them what to do again and I gave them a chance to redeem themselves. Called them today and they said it was ready. They still did not do any of the things that I asked them to do. Popeyes and McDonald’s have better customer service. At least they let me take my bike without paying the $32 for the brake pads."
"Visited this shop for the first time today. I was helped into the store with my daughter’s bike, it was quickly inspected, and with expertise and honest opinion nothing was needed except for tightening one gear. Very impressed with their honesty and helpfulness. We will definitely be back in the future. Thank you!!"
