"I took my mom to the Cato's on College Dr. in Baton Rouge and bought her several items for Easter. I spotted this beautiful yellow dress that they also had on display, and figured it would be perfect for an event my fiance' wanted me to attend. So I put it on layaway. Well the day before the event I went on my lunch break to pick it up, and they couldn't find the dress. So I went back to work and told them I would return before closing, yet when I returned they tell me the dress was anywhere to be found. Then they said they would give me half of a refund because of a holding fee. Really?! What the hell was you holding because the dress wasn't there. The next day I called their corporate office, and was forwarded to the lady who handles customer complaints. I still have yet to receive a call back, they still have yet to find my dress, and I still without my refund. I couldn't attend the event that I had looked forward to attending with my fiance' due to the fact it was an early brunch, and I had nothing to wear that was the color of the event. I just want to know where my dress is, and how in the world they handle customer complaints when they never speak to their customers."
