"Loved the zoo - great pictures of the peacocks!"
"Was pretty upset when my daughter and I got to the park at 4:30 on a Friday only to be told they stopped selling day passes at 4pm. The website says nothing about that what so ever, it just states that the days and times they are opened and the times they close. Entry fee is 5$ and they close the entrance gate 15 minutes prior to closing time. The lady was rude and I'm so upset because I had been planning to come and play volleyball with my child after she got out of school. The fact that they refuse entry at 4pm on Friday, when the site specifically states they lose at 6:30 is, outrageous and stupid."
"They should really put more info up to make it more accessible. I came here to explore the area but you need to purchase a day pass, there were no prices marked and as you can see in the photo they don’t update their hours. Could be cool but should be better maintained"
"This is a very nice campground! We had a pull-thru site on the lake. The only issue is that the utilities are on the wrong side...not sure why the pull-thru sites are set up that way because the back-in sites are set up the right way. We were able to make it work. The lake views are beautiful and there is a LOT of room between sites. Each site has it's own trash can (which is awesome). We'll definetly be back!"
"My family rented two of the three new cabins this weekend (Oct. 18-20 2019) . Checkin was easy and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The cabins are great, and they were very clean. Just an FYI Cabin 1 and 3 are handicap accessible . All three overlook an inlet of of the lake and have a nice fishing pier where you can also dock your boat . The Park Rangers patrol 24/7. The park has made lots of improvements and is a great family oriented place to stay ."
