"I work for a local Jimmy John's and I had a delivery to Humana today. The only specifications that delivery had on it was the address and the 12th floor and when you arrive on the 12th floor at one Galleria Boulevard, there is a phone on the wall under a list of numbers encouraging patrons who need help to call those representatives. I dialed a representative name Denise and ask for help finding her coworker as I had to make a delivery, this Denise began to very rudely tell me that she doesn't have any God damn time to help Jimmy John's people find their deliveries and that I was impeding her work.... I didn't have time to tell Denise that's not exactly a great way to represent the company but if you go there you should tell her yourself!"
