"Absolutely the WORST company (not just insurance company) I have EVER worked with. I have been dealing with them covering a doctor bill from 10 months ago. I have called 20 times and each time have been promised that the payment will be made and nope no payment ever made!!! No call backs telling me that it wasn't processed either. Finally after 9 months of calling every few weeks, they find out, that oh yeah, THEY made a mistake. Well duh. I've been telling you that the last 20 times I called. Then a payment is finally being processed, a check number given, and what do you know, the provider never receives the payment. Now we have to wait another 45 days to reissue a check. Give me a break!! They never plan to pay. Give every excuse under the sun. My whole family has been to the doctor 5 times this yr and they have yet to pay a penny for any visit. THIS INSURANCE IS WORTHLESS. I pay monthly on time and haven't gotten one penny back. DO NOT GET THIS INSURANCE. IT IS A RIPOFF. NO ONE TAKES OWNERSHIP FOR RESOLVING ISSUES."
