Jolly Kids Early Learning Center

"the owner Ashley has great intentions but lacks the knowledge and skill set on how to properly run a buisness, poor ethics, and ine sided communication as far as the buisness side goes. I had my children enrolled here for less than a month because I realized it was not a great fit for my children or my family. When we first came to enroll we were welcomed with opened arms and they were all about what's best for the kids, when we decided it wasn't a good fit for our children the tables quickly turned and it suddenly became all about the money. When you decide to leave the learning center you are suppose to give a 2 weeks notice, given that it was a Wednesday and a week and a half before Christmas break when we decided that jolly kids was no longer a good place for our kids we were unable to fulfill the full 14 day notice but still agreed to keep them there for the week and a half leading to Christmas break, much to our surprise that Wednesday when we went to pick up our son we were handed all of his belongings and asked to not return to the child care center. Leaving us with no child care for him or before and after school care for our two older kids for the remainder week and a half left of school. She has also refused to refund us our money for those remaining days of that week even though she at that point is the one that ended any type of contract. Google reviews makes you give atleast one star, but honestly I give zero. *Nice of you to respond to the review, a whole year later lol, and I didn't even live in the united states 4 years ago. Must be co fusing me with someone else"

"I would not recommend this day care to another parent. We were kicked out with no notice leaving my family with no childcare because I asked too many questions. The owner was on some weird power trip."

"We moved to a new neighborhood and had to switch to Jolly kids for before and after care. The absolute best decision. The owner Ashley is so welcoming and professional. Her employees and friendly and communicate well. I love that even though my kids are only there a few hours a day they still take the time to help them do homework and study before they are allowed to play. My kids are comfortable there and always have sad when I pick them up to early in the afternoon, lol. I would definitely recommend Jolly Kids daycare for kids."
