"if the 0 stars option was allowed it would be 0 stars. My mom and i come here all the time and there’s always an attitude problem because the workers simply dont want to do their job. Cashier wouldn’t sell me boots because they didn’t have a price tag, but proceeded to sell an item with no price tag to the person behind me. The staff was in the corner loudly talking about us and following us around the store. Ask the staff because they know exactly who this is since we give them money all the time. Keep your ugly attitudes"

"Don't know why we bothered trying to call them to pick up a rather nice two piece sofa set we were replacing. Pickup was like, two weeks out. SA almost as bad. We ended up calling the city's bulk pickup dept. They showed up the next morning. What a waste."

"I had my 2 year old in the buggy in the dressing room with me and I have never had an issue with this before. Like does goodwill offer a babysitting service outside the dressing these days now. How am I supposed to try on clothes with my baby outside of the dressing room in a buggy. Donna really really hates children and mothers. I wish I could give this place zero star. The staff in there especially a lady by the name of Donna is absolutely nasty garbage to customers. She profiles people. They also hate children and mothers in there. The only person in there that is always a sweetheart is Eric. What a shame I can’t give this place 0 stars."
