"This is a horrible preschool. It’s a family ran business and only caters to them and their kids. They treat your kids bad. My personal experience was a traumatic experience as a mom. My 2 year old would get in the car saying his teacher hit him in his head and his ear hurts from his teacher as well. I was furious. I then started to notice behind his ears were cut as if they were being used pulled. I picked him up on day and his face was puffy from crying and his eye looked irrated or something. I asked him what happened. He said Lee something. Mind you he’s now 3 years old and can’t speak that well. So I thought he said Leroy which would’ve probably been a kid. Until he kept saying it and the whole time he was saying his teachers name. So I bought him to the hospital to get the cuts checked on his ear(different ones) and the doctor asked him who did that. He said the teachers name loud and clear to her. They contacted child services, they opened an investigation and he was removed from that school. My kid is very brave for speaking up even when he was struggling to speak. He found the words to say it a stop to her. My kid would come home with different clothes on almost every very day because the teacher was neglecting to change him. The one who runs it just covers for them being that they are family. I would die inside EVERYTIME I had to drop him off there. I hope they get what they deserves and answer for not just my kid but any other kids that we neglected and abused there. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE FAMILY AND YOUR KID WILL BE LIKE AN OUTSIDER AND WILL BE MISTREATED!!!!!! BE AWARE!!!!!!!"

"My Daughter been attending the preschool since she was 6 weeks and now 11 and still attend on holidays and summer camp. We love the school so much that we can't let go. The school is beautiful and clean, the staff is awesome and treat you like family. My daughter enjoyed it so much that she's waiting for summer to come to be part of the team."

"I absolutely love the PreSchool Learning academy. I was at my oldest son basketball game 7years ago in Chalmette and a mother was going on and on about how much she enjoyed her kids nursery. This would have been my son first time in nursery who had been breastfeeding for almost two years and it was time for him to get off. From my very first experience I know I had chosen the perfect school for my son. Since day one they have treated every child like their own child. They know every child name and needs. My son was not comfortable at first transitioning that was his first time being away from me they we’re extremely patient with both of us and never mistreated my son nor any of the other kids. I would have to be back and forth for the first few months with breastfeeding bc he wouldn’t eat for nothing. They are very hands own and very loving. I mean extremely love. Nothing warms a mothers heart better than knowing when she’s way from her child working are kids are being well cared for. Their curriculum is also phenomenal. The transitioning from age groups is awesome too. My baby had to transition from breastfeeding, to no Nuk bc of his speech and his teethe was shaping they got on me lol, to working with me with potty training when is was time for my baby to go to kindergarten he had such a hard time I mean such a hard time he would say mommy they don’t love me like the nursery I wanna do back to the nursery but thats how much they loved my kids and I’ll forever be grateful for all the smothers and staff at the preschool learning academy I keep them in my prayers daily and as a mother they have helped me as a parent at some of my lowest moments they have no idea now my youngest of 7 is there and I wouldn’t have her no other place this nursery is the best of the best in New Orleans hands down. They are strict and it’s much needed your not going to send your child to school any kind of way and if you need the help it’s there confidentially and that’s another thing they are are genuine. The kids even have their own computer lab preparing them for when they get to elementary in nursery. Have a tour of the campus you won’t regret it they are down to earth and still by the book. I love y’all forever"

"VERY unprofessional, VERY rude, UNCERTIFIED teachers , FAMILY ran business! I would not send my child to The Preschool Learning Center even if that was the last daycare center standing. They are more rude than the folks panhandling at the corner stores! They are not trust worthy with any kid! They don’t care how the kid leaves the school but so worried about how they arrive. They priorities are out of order. This school is filled with DRAMA!"

"My son started The Preschool Learning Center in Mid October 2019(never attended daycare before), he was very spoiled and cried every morning. After one month and a half he was very happy to attend school and nevertheless he doesn’t cry at all anymore. Thanks to the entire staff for comforting my son as he transitioned into your facility. This center is very kid friendly and clean. Both directors are hands on with all the kids."
