"I first would like to say that most of the staff that I've encountered were good with my baby. Now I chose this place because it advertised 24 hours and I need the extended hours for my job. It is not 24 hours ok fine. But then they say monday through saturday overnight. There hours are really all over the place you never know if there closing early or have unavailability until you bring your child there and have to find out that way. Which is inconvenient for the working people. I have had so many issues with management; with the lack of communication and then if you address an issue you have management talks to the you like your sh**. Very disrespectful and not professional at all. I had multiple incidents where I picked my child up, went to home to find he was in pampers that were too small. I brought this to manangements attention but it kept happening. The last straw was when I told the manager there I needed to bring my son for exteneded hours for Saturday thru sunday morning. She told me thats fine it would just be an extra fee. The Saturday before i brought him in and the staff thought that was the day. I told them no it's next saturday. Which i had already went over the dates and everything before. The next saturday comes I bring my baby no problem. I get a call 4 hours later telling me I need to pick up my child and was not suspose to bring him. First my son was already paid for the week. I was told I owe some late fees AND that they had no one to come in over night and I needed to get my child by midnight. Long story short I told the lady I wouldn't be back until the morning as agreed. Management then threatened to drop my child off at the polic station if I didnt come by midnight. I ask how much did I owed in late fees so I could go online and pay. She said I had to pay cash in the drop box they have. And then tells me she didn't even know how much I owed in said late fees. The whole situation was crazy. And when I tried to resolve it. The management lady threat to drop my child off at the police station. So I had to turn around from my destination in a rush back to get my child. Please people find another place."

"My sister and I dropped the kids under this daycare for a saturday drop off. We are from New York, When we read some of the reviews we thought this location would be great. Come to find out that my kids were filthy from head to toes, Snot and all. Both set of clothing we brought for the kids were dirty, one set was peed one and my kids dont ever pee themselves. They claim they went to the yard but like what the f*** they had dirt in their hair, my daughter is 8 years old said they werent even offered anything to drink that she had to ask multple times and they would say hold on but never did attend her until she screamed for some attention. She claims that there were bugs in the bathroom and bugs are her biggest fear and the food was cold and slimeish. She claimed they gave her baby cousin a corn dog like that is not even proper food for an infant. I would not recommed this place to any one who actually goes here everyday should change ASAP, or for a drop off. Such waste of money. I report my daughters statement about her horrible experience at this daycare to the child care services/state. If your kid cant talk dont leave them here, my advice."

"This daycare is managed poorly by teachers, but like any other facility the staff do what they are allowed to and follow the example of whomever is in charge, in this case The co-owner. Every month there are new staff on board, there are roaches, I even received incident reports almost every week, till finally I had enough with the last incident. During this incident I asked to watch a playback of the footage recorded and after days of me being persistence she agreed. When we sat down and watch the videos she seemed as shocked as me which speaks for itself and for how she runs her establishment. Since when I brought up certain things to her attention they went unnoticed I took it up with the state board of education, I went to the precinct to see what can be done and how could I be helped because its not only about my children but the other children whom attend. I even paid for them to stay another week till the transfer to the new daycare came through and they denied me and my children their services which I had paid for. I’m convinced that they are charging and promoting a service that they are not delivering. The only reason I am confident enough in posting this is because I HAVE MORE THAN ENOUGH PROOF TO VALIDATE WHAT I AM SAYING. Melika the co owner lied to me in orientation stating that this daycare is a tax break facility But come to find out they are not apart of the quality star program so you wil not be getting a tax credit if you are a part of this center."
