"This is the absolute WORST apartment complex in Metairie/New Orleans area. They do not care about their tenants. The management team including LaToya and Jennifer (the bookskeeper) allowed Mid City Towing company to tow my car stating that my decal was not “visible”. I have a picture that the towing person took that shows him pointing out the decal in question mockingly."
