"Green Tree Apartments it's a great place to live it's clean it's peaceful and it's safe management and staff or excellence.they are kind and nice if there's ever a problem with the unit. They will come as soon as possible and get the job done. The reason I know this it's because I've been a residence for 5 years."

"This has been a terrible experience, I do not recommend this apartment AT ALL Let’s start off by saying my initial experience with this company, I felt rushed into signing a lease and taken advantage of. I am a young renter and at the time having personal issues. The leasing agent, Mark, lied. The office manager, Tiffany, rude. The book keeper, rude and spiteful. Mark said the unit was not ready to view and showed me a model. I stated my requirements for an apartment and he assured me my requirements would be met. Move in day came, Mark walked with me to the apartment and it was NOTHING like what i was told it would look like. I requested my deposit back and to cancel the lease. I asked if they’re was another apartment with the look I was looking for and they said ‘nope’. It was in a TOTALLY different tone than before from every person in the office. Like they did not want to work with me at all. So I left it alone because I don’t want to live under management like that. I asked, when should I be receiving my refund and they said in 3 weeks (it was March 10th). On April 10th, still no refund. Today is April 29th, still no refund. I told my coworker and lash tech about this and they said they are known push you to sign a lease and to lie about their apartments."

"When i moved in, there was cigarette smoke smell all in my studio, called the front desk they sent housekeeping and the smell was still there. My bathroom ceiling had a water stain, called the front desk, maintenece man came (while i was at work) sprayed over the water stain. The paint splashed on the top of my sink and got my hairbrush and comb with paint all on it, he must've climbed on top of my toilet seat so his dirty footprints filled with paint were all over my toilet seat. A few days later the water stain on my bathroom ceiling began to leak and the stain went through the cheap paint and got bigger. Called the front desk they didnt care, they were like "we will send someone but we dont know if its going to be today". So one day i saw a maintenance man and i asked him whats going on with my apartment, he told me that the leak was coming from the third floor and their not home. THEY DIDNT HAVE A KEY!!, so a few days later, the leak stopped but they had the most disgusting wet stain still there. Also a wet stain appeared on my kitchen walls and ceiling. The sheetrock is horrendus, your pretty much paying rent to live in a ran down roach motel, the walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors conversations , you can hear their phone ringing, having sex, laugh, shower, cough, sneeze, breath, tv, music, also it always smelled like weed in the hallways of the building, so i was smelling cigarettes inside and weed outside, oh and my hot water heater was leaking and on the verge of overflowing, it took them 3 months to repaint my leaking bathroom ceiling, this place is trash, even if your desperate dont move here! Its not safe here, they had a break in in the car next to me."

"Three times in the last 7 days I've had to call about my bathroom ceiling leaking and caving in, and my refrigerator has cut out. Management refuses to replace anything that has been damaged or gone bad because of these issues, and has yet to address the fridge (it's been 4 days). I've been here for 6 months and have never gone a week without seeing a rat. Under new management I believe, and I have never seen anyone with such a disregard for their tenants safety. "Nothing here would impede you from showering in your own apartment," she told me, standing in my bathroom and ignoring the water of unknown origin pouring from my ceiling and chunk of ceiling that had collapsed. Absolutely the worst management I have ever seen. If I could give zero stars I would."
