"There maintenance workers are thieves. They don’t take responsibility for items taken from your apartment. It’s in their lease agreement so beware of signing. The people they have in management is also unprofessional."

"I absolutely love everything about my apartment!! Such a friendly quiet environment, everything I need is within walking distance including the lake side mall so that’s a plus. Very very pleased, and the staff is always helpful! 10/10"

"Avoid this place like the Bubonic plague, they have a insect (mainly roaches) problem, out dated appliances, ladies in the office are rude and disrespectful. most of the workers there are Spanish and are bias towards other ethnicities. only one parking spot so no visitors and park in a wrong spot or on the yellow line will get you towed ($200.00). There is a fee for everything there. if you do rent read your lease carefully as there's a fee for renewing your lease (management fee). Apartment is only 290 square ft. not worth $1,000. there's better deals out there. There's also heavy drug activity there. And there was mold all over the A/C unit"

"When I 1st moved in, it was nice. The neighbors rent out the pool to their friends. It is infested with roaches! LOTS OF ROACHES! The walls are paper thin. But the roaches...."

"They are really rude in the office and get mad when you call the number on the website because it isn’t their number. I’ve had mold on the A/C for months and they have refused to come clean it even tho it says they will in the lease. My toilet is broken and I cannot use it and they refuse to come and a fix it. Rent is too high to live in a place like that. Everything is falling apart and their is no safety even in your own home. They pest control men have keys to everyone’s apartment. Don’t live here there are better places"
