"Awesome view of the lake Pontchartrain"
"They say you cannot have all 3 in apartments (nice neighbors, pretty views and good management) and they were absolutely right with this place. The views are so wonderful, the sun sets right on your balcony and it’s gorgeous. Neighbors have always been super friendly and helpful but the management has got to be the worst people I have ever dealt with. Don’t expect them to come fix any issues you have in a timely manner. I have had ceiling leaks, ac leaks even water coming from the sealing of my balcony door and they simply would not come out and help. Maintenance requests get sent to an empty inbox that no one reads and text messages that you try to send to get any type of answer don’t get replied to for hours. If I could give this place no stars I would. Do not live here !!!"
