"It's a great home. The best thing has got to be the maintenance and upkeep not only on the ground but inside too. When I move in my place looked as if it was just built, everything was immaculate. I see how they transform each apartment between residences, although not a lot of turnover. They also do upkeep inside by making sure you fire extinguisher and smoke alarms are up-to-date, provide filters as it odd sizes and lights bulb's in wall light difficult to replace. They Are Always making things better. If pluming issues or leaks arise they not only fix, but clean up after the job !! A first to see for me ! The maintenance men themselves go above and beyond to make living here home as long as you can stay. They recently added huge additional subsurface drains and keep them clear in bad storms. We also have generator's for every moment the lights were out. I feel safe and like each individuals needs matter. I like it here. Think you will too"
