"I wish I could give this place -5 stars but Google won’t let me - tragic. I had sewage from other peoples bodily waste coming up into my sink, bathtub, DISHWASHER, and underneath the tiles in the kitchen in the ground floor apartment. They opted to move me to another apartment, and it got even worse at the next place. They never fixed anything , and when my tub started chipping severely to the point where I couldn’t take a bath, they sent a random guy over there with a can of spray paint to spray paint the tub, and that was their way of attempting to fix it . The landscaping is terrible; the pools are grass green and unkept. Nicole is extremely unprofessional and horrendous and a mere pawn in global ministries game. I lived at this slum for a couple years and I GENUINELY want them to be bulldozed, shutdown, and bought out immediately. I can only HOPE they stop letting other VICTIMS move into the complex because that’s what you’ll be when Nicole retaliates against you for having genuine complaints about the living conditions. We didn’t have actual lights installed outside to SEE when we parked for 6 months or so. You can look up the several lawsuits pending against this place including a recent ELECTRICAL fire that displaced an entire family. Unsafe, unsanitary, cockroach infested, piss poor non existent management, lawsuit worthy living conditions, and very ugly and unkept environment . DO NOT move into this complex - bad idea. "I was delivering food to these apartments.. there was no lights! I had To use the flash light on my phone to find the customers home!! It was pitch BLACK! This is the worst I’ve ever seen in my life."

"Do not be fooled by the pictures look nothing like this. Mold on ceiling, toilet always overflows, rats comes out to play at night etc. These people are a joke all about a dollar. My son couldn't live in this dump anymore. They said he could move if he don't like the apartment."

"Look I have been living here for almost 4 years and it is terrible there are rats, possums. And it’s 2022 and I haven’t had one single drop of hot water for a week. By bedroom window was made of plastic which led to lots of cockroaches. Never live here. And the workers here never fix anything had a window they had to fix it’s been a year since then. Please do not live here ever"

"Please do not move here. 2 years ago, my roof was full of mold and water. My entire ceiling was on the floor one day i came home. I lost everything i owned and management did nothing to help. I wouldn’t be surprised if the apartment is still the same. Someone broke in and lived inside and stole whatever they could salvage of my things. I lived there 8 years. When i first moved there it was fine until the last 3 years of my tenancy. Full of Rodents, mold, old appliances, bathrooms are horrible. Never can keep grounds men or maintenance men. The owner never returns called. Put the office managers in lines of fire. It’s always a new manager every 5-6 months. These apartments should be condemned and torn down. And the rent is too expensive for the quality."
