Reviews
"Awful management, everything in the apartments is old, stove, refrigerator, bathroom heater, etc. Management don’t help on nothing whener there is a problem, took months to solve a water leaking and mug on the ceiling apartment"
"They never pick up the phone, hire someone to do that"
"The apartments have a really good open floorplan & the interior has a lot of character with the brick wall & open staircase. The office staff is great, shelly was really helpful with the application/move in process. I also appreciate they don't charge additional rent for having pets, like many complexs do. All of my maintenance calls over the past 3 years were taken care of quickly, only downfall is guest parking in the area. Overall really good experience for the price range."
"Parking is horrendous. You can't have a guest because there's nowhere for him/her to park. All parking is assigned and residents are given a parking permit. There is one & only one parking space for a guess and it's normally taken, mostly by an office worker. You may come home from work and find an office staff or a worker parked in your spot. If you park in someone else's spot you may be towed. The parking spaces are very narrow so that your car will always be banged by the door of the neighboring car. Also if you are very lucky ;-) to get a parking spot under the tree, sap will leak on your car. It's very very hard to get off. Once you get out your car you will need to navigate through the dog and cat poop. Also cockroaches are everywhere. They are even falling from the trees. This is an older complex. The maintenance is just that! The bare minimum. Although it's somewhat safe it's not worth it. The complex next door very shabby. Your money is best spent elsewhere. I'm not lying nor exaggerating."
