"I love living here because of the management and they are attentive to your request for service if needed and if you need something done all you have to do is ask for help and they try to accommodate you if possible. I appreciate them very much!"

"-Pre-existing pest (rats, roaches, etc.) problems exacerbated by valet trash which does not come regularly. -The staff are rude and unhelpful, which is unfortunate because the office works like a revolving door. In 2 years they went through at least 3 different staff changes. It's also the reason this place doesn't have at least 20 more bad reviews- they wipe out the old reviews every time they get new "management." I can't stress this enough, you absolutely must get everything in writing that they tell you. They do all sorts of shady things in order to ping you with more fees. Where is all that money going? It's certainly not to the community because they washer and dryers and the pool are complete garbage. -Seriously, I wouldn't wish this complex on anyone! DON'T MOVE HERE!!!"

"The space of the apartment is nice. Never have problem with the parking lot. But the other reviews are true. The only real good thing here is the location. W/D don't work well, Valet trash don't come every time they suppose to, people in the office don't answer your complaints and the awful thing is the pool. People from outside the complex use the pool, people swim with theirs dogs, and manager don't do anything about it. And you have to complain consecutively to make the managment "clean" the pool (it's never completly clean. They remove the green of the water but the bottom is always with black spots of fungus.)"

"Please do not rent here! I did because it was so cheap but it's still affecting my credit. They use underhanded business practices and will not return your calls. The money you save renting here should will be needed for an attorney when you leave."

"I have lived here going on 2 years residents don't stay this place feeds off it's residents adds charges to make more money makes you pay for services you don't use it valet trash services is a fruad everyone empties there own trash the dumpster is 3 feet away and the guy seldom comes for days even trash is left near your door , mildew in tubs is a constant battle faulty cheap appliances, laundry machines that don't dry effective and washers that don't spin effective they lure you in the present the up charges it's old apartments with lead paint and mildew are condition the only good thing is the location my stint here is almost over every weekend people are moving out of here it has the highest apartment turnover rate so they stick the people who stay with inflated water cost and nonefficient appliance energy cost .The place is a nightmare drugs being sold and the office has no objective other than to fill spaces and collect money per an employee in the office.Please go elsewhere for apartment living this company sucks.If you have any type of allergies you can't live here. Leaving this money pit asap!"
