"I was there for my nephew funeral and the staff members were very find to my family and I. They went above and beyond making us feel welcome. The rooms were clean and breakfast was good . I will stay there again if I come back to Lafayette."
"We arrived late and exhausted. I had made an error with my reservation. Ole was so helpful. He was able to fix my error and get us a room quickly. Fresh clean room. Good rate. Comfortable bed. Just what is needed after a long drive. As we were packing the car Jessica saw we had left an item and brought it to us. The staff are all friendly and helpful."
"This hotel could be so much nicer. It appeared to be sudo remodeled. Lobby area looked brand new & our 3rd floor room did have a fresh coat of paint, new floor (no carpet) plus some new bathroom tile. Bed was comfortable & sheets were very soft. Television would stay on for a few minutes that go blank/shut off and then come back on. The old wall mounted 1500 watt hair dryer was old, dirty, had a low & medium heat setting barely warm enough to achieve results AND had a broken plug end. Why make improvements & neglect to make things safer for your guests by replacing this small appliance? Shower water pressure was fine but the water barely got warm. Breakfast offerings were basic. The scrambled eggs, sausage links and waffles were okay. Definitely will not return."
"Staff is very helpful and very nice. I was greeted with a smile and asked why i would be staying in the area. They have a great breakfast and clean rooms. looks to be newly decorated. I will definitely be staying there again."
"Right off I-10 makes this a great location. Lots of other hotels in the air, but the Comfort Inn is newly renovated and looks great. Staff is helpful and breakfast is hot. Will return."
