"Very nice and quiet place to stay. The only thing I hate is the water is always being turned off which is ridiculous!!! They lie to your face just to get your money. Me and my husband transferred out our old apartment and moved into the new ones that we loved. I was very upset about the deposit because we left the place clean unlike the last people who lived there. We paid to get our carpet professionally cleaned which was stupid could have did that ourselves, was told if we bring the receipt back we would get our money back that was a lie. I HATE LIARS!!!"
"I have been living here for 10 years. This is definitely the best apartment complex in Lafayette and surrounding area. The office staff especially Bambi, Yvette ans Nicole are the best. Always very helpful and very nice. That is the main reason I have been living here so long. Joshua, Terry and Josh are top notch maintenance. Thank you Bayou Oaks I will stay as long as you will have me."
