"Nice apartments, friendly people and office staff"
"Very nice and quiet place to live. The only problem is the home office doesn’t like to fix things that are broken in the apartments. They take for ever to call maintenance. The home office workers are very rude when it comes to tenants calling for assistance. When you call to make a complaint, if you call more than once they will hang up in your face and never pass the message to get your problems fixed. My AC went out in my apartment it took them almost 1 month to fix it. The second time my AC went out it took them 2 weeks to tell the maintenance man and anther week and a half before someone came fix it. That’s the only issues with this complex."
