"They have bed bugs! The manager “Lisa” is rude. I had to contact corporate for a refund because I was denied a refund! Urgent care prescribed me 3 different meds to treat the bites! My body was swollen because I was allergic to the venom and when I did get a refund, “Lisa” did not give my full refund! 12/28/2023"
