"Moved down to Lafayette after being away for years and was not hopeful I would find a place in the heart of Lafayette in my price range until I stumbled upon this nice place right off ambassador down the road from Kaliste Saloom near everything I wanted to be near. The leasing agent ,Kade, was super nice and helpful and was able to answer all of my questions (of which I had a lot). Great option if looking for an apartment!"

"I stumbled across these apartments as I was giving up on looking for something reasonably price but still nice (I don't believe in coincidences) in Lafayette as I was moving from another state. I was amazed at how quiet it seemed here upon going to the office to find out more details. Fast forward, I've been living here now for 8 months and none of that has changed. It is so peaceful and quiet. The maintenance guys, security guy, and the property managers are great! If there is an issue, they get right to it. I recommend this place all the time to others. When my family visits they are always amazed at how quiet it is and also how cozy my apartment is."

"We just moved to this place and the apartment wasn't cleaned. There's stuff all over the carpet, dead bugs around the sinks in the bathroom and in the tub. The toliet still had previous tenant residue. The place is disgusting. Now we have to scramble to deep clean everything before our movers show up with our furniture. Very displeased. Edit: I'm changing my number of stars because the manager reached out to apologize and fix the situation. They gave us credits and sent a cleaning crew out to deep clean the apartment."
