Reviews of Bristol Place Apartment Homes
"So, let's kick things off with Ms. Sundae. She exudes a genuine rarity; her sweetness is palpable. Despite being a first-time visitor to the office, her warm welcome made me feel truly appreciated. Witnessing her interact with other guests, it was evident that she treats everyone with kindness and respect, embodying the essence of the Golden Rule. And then there's Summer. In our brief encounter, I glimpsed the backbone of the office's morale. Perusing Bristol Place's social media presence, it's clear they're deeply committed to fostering relationships with residents, setting them apart from neighboring apartment complexes I've toured. The property itself is stunning; it doesn't feel like a mere unit but rather a true home. My experience was nothing short of wonderful, and I can only hope to become a part of this vibrant community."
"Sundae did an AMAZING job on the tour! She was extremely informative and had a GREAT personality. She was very impressionable and ensured that we felt comfortable throughout the entirety of the tour! She without hesitation allowed us to view EVERY unit we desired to see and if it was not available to be viewed she was knowledgeable in the differences and similarities between the floor plans. If you are looking to live here VISIT SUNDAE!!!"
"My touring experience with Ms. Sundae Brumfield was exceptional! She made my viewing very remarkable I couldn't ask for a better leasing consultant. Will be keeping this one in consideration"
"I recently had the pleasure of being guided through an apartment tour by Sundae Brumfield, and it was an exceptional experience. Sundae's extensive knowledge of the property, combined with her friendly and approachable demeanor, made the tour both informative and enjoyable. She patiently answered all my questions, showcasing a genuine passion for helping potential residents find their ideal living space. Her professionalism and warmth make her an outstanding tour guide, and I highly recommend her to anyone exploring housing options."
"Terrible experience. Dog Poop everywhere. No one picks up behind their dogs. The smell of dog poop, destroys the fresh air that is left. Get out! The staff is hostile. I like to stay hydrated so I bring water bottles to the pool and Larry knows this because I am usually drinking it down while he talks to me about his vacation or military experience. But one day as soon as I left the pool to check the mail he puts my drink in the refrigerator in cahoots with Mary the other lady. I knew it was them because I always look around. So I went into front office and asked about Mary said, “anytime a tenant leave something at the pool we bring it in” I mean she was ready for battle, flushed face, voice tensing. But in my mind I am like do you guys always put leftover tenant drinks in you guys refrigerator. So I ask two faced Larry and he said he put my drinks in the refrigerator. Decency would tell you to wait and come back later to check if the water bottles were still there. But you knew they were mine and the waters were still good that’s why you put my drinks in the staff refrigerator. Another instance he came in to fix our dryer and he couldn’t resolve the problem and during the visit he goes on and on about how dryers work and try to teach us how to wash and dry clothing but I told him to clean the outside. This took him several weeks to do. Then he claims he has to check the dryer first as procedure. Common sense would tell if the vent outside is clogged check there first. He puts on a good show the maintenance guy he will take the appliance back panel apart and put the screws back but I am warning you don’t get the apartment if you don’t get new appliances because they won’t repair it. One time the toilet was loose and Anthony said that he had tightened it but the toilet was still loose. They play games, they only speak sometimes but they are trying to avoid eye contact for the most part, not friendly. And the monthly events are infrequent so socialization is forced with the other tenants, In the software Tickets were closed out but we opened them back by creating another tickets for the same reason stating that we see no reason the last one to be closed, that caused him to explain why he close out tickets that are not complete. Some baloney excuse we don’t buy it. Which after those lame reasons he provided. In retaliation for that he put in the system we got a warning for our trash because we didn’t put a bag on it. And reported us for a dog that we didn’t register. The same way he uses the system to report everything. Use the ticketing system to document everything. When we first moved in we didn’t receive any new carpeting. When we moved out we were charge $900 for new carpeting because we had a stain that is funny because those stains were already there. Don’t trust make sure you get NEW CARPET because they don’t play fair. They built those apartment on fines and fees and raising rents. The hot sauna didn’t get hot sometimes and the pool was closed for a decent portion of the summer. The gazebo lights do not function. So people complained about the lighting at night by the gazebo when they trying to use the grill and swim. I told Larry this he said thanks for telling him and said sometimes he have to reset the breaker. But nothing got done so only put it into the ticketing system. The maintenance and the front office don’t care about the place and they will try to rub it off on you. They charge you $3.00 per vertical blind. They charge you $30 month were you have to opt-in for trash valet service even when the trash bin is right near your building. You can’t get out so that is only one example about how they get you with Fees and Pest Spray and the company literally sprays once or twice and dips and they charge you for that. Get out! Instead of Larry telling you about the rules since you just moved in he rather write down in the system warnings and threats of fines. Just don’t do it. Find somewhere else. I have more to write but I’m limited due to Google review word count."
