"We used this company for about 3 years to receive sleep apnea mask and supplies. They are not a honest company. They lied to us one the first time we went in to their office . We found this out when they did not request the data card from the sleep apnea Machine for a long time because the newer machine now send the information to the doctor over a cellphone network. The machine I have is the last one made before the new one with the cellphone network so I still had to send in my data card to make sure that I was getting the best benefit from the machine. The machine stopped working so I call red river and they tell me to bring in my machine let me say Red River is the best sleep center along with Dr. Webb and his staff. We found that my data card was full and that is why it was not working. Had this company been requesting my data card like that they was told to do every 90 day it wouldn’t have stopped working. Then my wife and I started going over the billing and we found that our insurance company’s had been charged for thing that we never had gotten. So we called and asked about the billing and things we never received and they got very upset with us because we asked them. They knew they where billing us for things we had not gotten. So we stopped using them. So be careful ! I am so thankful that everyone can post things that happen to them so others can read about how a company takes care of it’s customers"
