On our most recent visit we purchased $44 dollars worth of delta 8 pre-rolls. My girlfriend can only smoke indica. We were given in error a package of sativa, and unfortunately didn't notice until my girlfriend had smoked enough to give her a panic attack. When we made Zee aware, he offered us a 10% discount on our next visit. Seriously? There won't be a next visit. We don't want a refund or a replacement. We will simply spend our money elsewhere. It will cost them significantly more than $14 dollars to so flippantly ignore my girlfriend's extreme distress. Idiots. Edit: And now he's been arrested for selling vapes and nitrous to minors. Go figure."

"Well, I've been coming there for two years and have spent a considerable amount of money in your store over that time. Last time I was there, your employee gave me the wrong product, and I didn't realize until I got home. Upon speaking with Zee, I was told there's no refunds or exchanges, even though it was the fault of the store. He finally said I could get a 10% discount.... Which was almost insulting as I had just wasted $14 on a product I can't use, nor did I ask for. $1.40 off is not worth my time. I will no longer be visiting your business and will shop elsewhere as this is ridiculous."
