"This review is in reference to store #9137 on 16th Street in Orange. My mother and I went into the store looking for a specific item. One of the employees, Maceo D., was very helpful and provided excellent customer service with a smile. It was very appreciated as it is rare these days to find that type of customer service."
"Very unprofessional at times closed the store for 30 minutes or could be more to have a meeting during the day during hours people would probably do a lot of shopping. Several cars sitting to get in the store. Sometimes store workers are not at the counter in the back or on the floor. This location is ok but they need to do better."

"Came into return something, I was told I needed the card associated with the purchase even with receipt. I completely understand the policy, but I felt that every single person (4) had to say something to my girlfriend and I about it. There was no arguing but I felt like they all wanted me to argue with them or something. Bad vibes horrible location that my family and I will no longer return."
