"Best Apartment Complex Ever. You definitely get more bang for your buck. It is conveniently located in its own planned community. There is a YMCA, three different restaurant options (tons of food options), a pond, beautiful scenery of houses where you can walk safely around the community and a clinic. The neighborhood is very safe. Open surface lot parking. Never an issue finding where to park. Really there is no reason not to love this place. The price of leasing an apartment here is very cheap compared to the current housing market. If this apartment and the convenience it provides was in a bigger city, i bet you would be paying over $1500/month to lease it. I can't express how much of an angel Danielle Sinclair (property manager)is. From moving from another state to Louisiana, Danielle made my move-in process so much smoother. I had zero issues on move-in day. Also after living here for over a year, i can still say Danielle is such a kind personable soul. I've only met her twice in person but have had conversations through phone call, email and text and she always answers my questions in a prompt timely manner. I have had zero issues since i have been a resident in this community. I truly want to thank Danielle for exemplary customer service and simply being the best property manager ever. She deserves an award. She is that good! When i see good customer service, i make sure to appreciate it. Villages of Americana is wonderful place to live in, if you're considering leasing an apartment there, definitely do."
