"So far.. So awesome! The leasing process was a breeze and made so easy due to the very knowledgeable and friendly Management Staff. I was able to complete all of the necessary paperwork, sign documents and pay fees all online. All of my questions were answered promptly and even emails were returned very quickly. The property is very well maintained and it is very quiet and peaceful. My apartment was clean upon move in and I have OCD... So yes I mean clean! Compared to other properties close by that rhyme with Smarkside... The choice is obvious... It is clearly obvious that the management and maintenance staff take pride in this property. I even saw that maintenance man (shout out) changing the downspout to a gutter early in the morning after a hard freeze. It was wind chill in the 20's... I asked him didn't freeze? He simply said nope, it was just broke. The trash compactor actually works and is kept very clean, the fence surrounding the property manages to stay intact, and the gates STAY closed (except during bad weather, to which you receive an email notifying you in advance!). I would highly recommend this property to anyone."

The front office, clubhouse and business area are luxurious. I work from home and I sit up there or by the pool when I want a change of scenery. 5 stars. Love it here!"
