"Pretty decent homes, but the manager has an attitude and is never there. Grass is never cut, the kids playground is so out dated. This could be a much better place but like I previously said the management is terrible. Do better people"
"The property gave me hell and still is and I haven’t lived there since October. Management was terrible with responding to problems and her boss was even worse. I lived on the property for a year and I had problems with my hot water heater, refrigerator, and my dryer never worked. I received a new dryer and it still didn’t work. I was an honest occupant paid my rent on time and never gave problems. I recently received my forwarded mail and now they’re billing me for some reason. Which I don’t understand because they gave me a partial amount of my deposit back. I hope it gets better but it’s managed terribly."
