"Sugar Mill was a quiet, up to date, and clean place to stay in Addis for the time I was there. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Maintenance responded to requests promptly. There were some property maintenance concerns but they were eventually addressed. Aisha Matos made my end of lease experience easy and hastle free."

"Moved in feb 2020, great experience to start. But, I soon found out how bad it would be. Problem is, Sugar Mill is one of the nicest complexes on the west side. But, management is terrible! Call if you need something? No answer! Leave a message for them, no answer!! Let your rent be a day late, they’d call! Continued with new management company. New management company couldn’t even provide me with a new lease, after 4 different people from the office called, and I called multiple times asking for one. Gate situation was terrible, could never get both sides working at the same time. There’s a big hole in the parking lot that they just put a cone in. Would NOT recommend as a place to live!"
