"0/10. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Unprofessional land lord, went 2 weeks without a/c (bc they were waiting on a part) and never got any rent taken off, got double charged on insurance, it took over 50 days to get my deposit back, it flooded in the parking lot and in the walk ways every time it rained. Was also infested with roaches even though we were very clean people. Would NOT recommend to ANYONE."

"I wish you could give a 0 review! This place is so horrible!! Landlord trying to charge people extra money, saying we didn’t pay our rent when we clearly still have ALL our rent receipts from when we started living here till now. Mold all in the bathroom which the landlord seen herself and still haven’t came by to fix anything with it! Apartments are in horrible condition! Doesn’t give deposit back either. Call and call to get something fix and the landlord answer everytime is we are busy doing major repairs which they do nothing!!"

"Horrible. Don’t move there. They up charged me $107 in 3 years, & NOTHING CHANGED. Laundry room washers don’t work or take your money. Mailboxes are trash. Grounds are almost always filthy. Internal maintenance in the apartment is dangerously outdated. They take forever to fix things in the raggedy apartment. They don’t care about you, just your rent. I wouldn’t recommend moving here at all"

"I didn't know they would use my deposit to fix the apartment after a tenant moves out. So its pretty much up to the tenant to maintain the apt. I lived there for 6 years and not once did it get maintenance!! Rent price went up by $100,but not a single thing changed in my apartment. You won't be getting what you're paying. I would not recommend these apartments"
