"They will come into your apartment at 9pm without notice to fix a microwave because they had a big inspection the next day. If you missing renters insurance a few days out the month they will charge $50 penalty for not being covered the whole month since it expired a week before month ended. The penalty was put on after I paid my rent so after they charged a $75 late charge because I had a balance on my account. Although it was put on AFTER I paid the rent and my balance was zero. They called the next day to tell me I had a balance still AFTER the late fee was applied & would not remove it. They give you a list of things to clean when moving out but will still charge you $50 for cleaning because you did not pull the stove away from the wall & clean behind it. Then said it’s because the stove top was not lifted & cleaned. Never sent me pictures of the stove as requested. The apartment was dirty when I moved in. They charge a reconnection fee for utilities that are under them!!! I can go on for how I didn’t have a microwave for 6 months & then the one they gave me was USED & DIRTY!!! But they want to charge me a cleaning fee. They should be ashamed of theirselves. I would rather live in my car than ever move there again. They only want your money & don’t care about their people at all. The corporate is NO HELP! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT!"

"WARNING! DO NOT LIVE HERE! We lived here for the past year and had minimal issues. The only issues we really had while actually living here is that we pay for pest control but the place is constantly swarmed with wasps and although they say pest control comes ones a week, nests are never sprayed/knocked down and they SWARN this place and at times the complex bordered on being over managed with emails about trash even though the dumpster was constantly overflowing and an eyesore and at one point threatening to not allow tenants to use the pool that we all pay for because some teenagers left the hose on. Regardless, the real issue you WILL have if you live here will come when you move out. If you live here, you better fill out the intake sheet they give you with every little thing wrong in your apartment because they don't fix things like cracked outlet covers or even chipped paint but they sure will charger you for it when you move out. I have never been charged after leaving an apartment and always gotten my deposits back and this place ran up a bill of 500$ with a mandatory carpet cleaning fee (no matter if you have a pet or stained the carpet, which is not in the lease), replacing blinds that didn't need to be replaced, and an additional cleaning fee even though we followed their move out checklist and cleaned the place better than how it was given to us. These are not in the lease. There is no fighting it because they will just wait to send you to collections. I have come across multiple people who have lived here and the EXACT same things have happened to them with outrageous bills upon move out and I knew it was coming by the end of our lease but had no idea it would be so terrible. It's quite honestly fraud and I can not stress enough not to live here. I didn't read reviews before moving here because options in Thib are scarce but scroll to other comments and you'll read very similar reviews from others in the past few years of the same things that just happened to me and my roommate. It's fine while you are there but they will rob you once you try to leave. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Go to Turnberry or rent locally just not from this management agency, I think they also manage The Landing in Houma as well so I wouldn't go there either."
