"Too bad I had to give them 1 star…tried to check out and cashier SAW me standing there….instead of coming over she walked over to a cart and started separating price tags…when I started to walk off to the self checkout she made a remark about me being impatient! Guess the customer isn’t always right….this is typical behavior for this store…."

"I just went to the store and was at the counter with $81.00 merchandise. One of the items had a coupon for $2.00, but "Arthur" said the coupon wasn't able to be used. I told him that it was for the exact item, and he said, "I said it's not going to work." I told him to call a manager. He said, "I am the manager," and he took all of my items off the counter and said, "Goodbye. HAVE A NICE DAY!!@!!!" I asked if he was kidding. He said, "I said, HAVE A NICE DAY!""" I called customer service and they would not take my complaint because I couldn't remember what address I signed up my Care card under. Unbelievable!!!!!!"

"DO NOT GO HERE FOR COVID TESTING!! I just spent two hours in line trying to get a COVID test that should take no longer then 20 minutes MAX. After them telling me that their system is down. Then that i had to reschedule and come back. Then when they tell me it is back up and I leave work again to go back. They tell me that their computer is not printing the documents. To cancel my appointment and reschedule AGAIN! But yet the website wont allow me to do that. So they told me that they couldn't help me. I wasted 2 hours of my time off of work for NOTHING! This was the most ridiculous intersection I have ever had with a pharmacy. Meanwhile, my boyfriend and everyone else in the line was able to take their test (even though it took a long time)."

"They don't answer the phone at all! I had to physically go there and get in line through the drive thru to find out if they had filled a new prescription. Was in line a good half hour. I will be switching all future prescriptions to a different pharmacy."

"The least helpful pharmacy. My mother who is a senior citizen tried to get her blood pressure medication for 2 days. They did not offer her 3 pills to tide her over. They keep telling her to come back the next day. I finally went to another location where they gave me 30 pills and told me the rx was for 90 days at the other store where they kept putting her off. These folks dont know what they are doing."
