"Love this place. The employees are always super friendly and helpful. They answer all my questions and offer helpful suggestions to someone who is new to vaping. And they always answer the phone when I call so I don't make a trip to find they don't have what I need in stock. That means a lot to me. I didn't have that experience with several other vape shops. I made several stops before choosing Create A Cig as my go-to shop from now on."

"Just went to this Vape store for the first time and I must say I am duly impressed. I am relatively new to vaping. So I don’t know a lot. What impressed me most is from the first second of walking in I was greeted by Lance, I think that was his name, and was listened to about an issue I was having with my geek Vape unit. It took him all of a minute to say I know exactly what you’re looking for. He pulled out a box it had exactly what I needed and sold it to me at a very decent price. Was even more impressed that he was willing to talk to me about my unit which I did not purchase from their store. I walked out with not only the part I needed for my Vape but also a bottle of Vape juice and some other small items and an education that I did not get from three other stores I had been to. I’m definitely not sorry to say that I’m gonna make this my shop from now on. Keep up the great work Lance."

"Buyer Beware! Horrible customer service. They will not honor their own policies. Would not exchange a faulty device, even though they claim to do so within 30 days of purchase for manufacturer defect, right on the receipt. Why even state that, if you are going to look for any way to screw the customer. While their prices are on the high side, they are local, so I've spent more than I care to admit there. I will never give these people another penny, and suggest people go elsewhere for anything other than juice."
