"A very cold store, after our shopping we started to fill sick due to the coldness in the store the drastic change in temperature could make someone really sick. My mother in law who is at an older age had a fever after the visit, they should lower the temperature in the place so customers can shop without feeling uncomfortable and later ill."
"I got some cookies and cream ice cream friday and was sick all day saturday i believe the icecream may have been thawed and refrozen i spoke to a employee saturday she asked if the expiration date was ok it was 2024 be careful if it looks like it was refrozen dont eat it"
"My experience was great even though we had an irate customer in line in front of us but the cashier tried her very best to handle the situation professionally even though the lady wasn't complying. Another lady stepped in which was an employee I think maybe a manager or district manager to try and ease the situation. The customer kept demanding her to do something to the cashier which in my opinion from what I saw and heard was the lady's fault not the cashier. I pointed out to the lady that she was in the wrong because sometimes you have to defend the employees. Customers are not always right and i get that Customer Service is key but what Employee Service? We need to show compassion to the workers who deal with irate people on the daily. The staff at the Dollar Tree are great and try thier best to accomidate all customers. Job well done."
