"While signing up for a unit the manager on duty, younger guy, informed me that if I could not present my home owners declaration page then I would be charged extra. I showed him a copy from my phone and he said they needed a hard copy and to just come in with that prior to my second months rent. Well I didn’t get there until the due date and the senior manager CHad was there and refused to accept it and said I owed insurance for both months, went ahead and paid and promptly moved out after the second month. So they got an extra $24 but lost on a long term contract, watch these people they will take advantage of you."
"Great people here. George and Tabitha both go above and beyond to be helpful. Tabitha even brought bottled water to the guys who were moving our stuff into storage! The facilities are clean and neat and the monthly rent is very reasonable. My only complaint is that emails and phone messages left when the staff are out of the office do not get a response, but when you speak to someone you get an "Oh yeah, I saw that.""
