"Craze! Why haven’t I been here my whole life! I’m sad I waited until I drove by it on the way to work to come in and realize that now only do they replicate the Starbucks drink I used to get, but better and with no sugar, they had energy teas, too, snacks and snow cones!! Even have some Knick knacks I can buy after I look around. And, if I’m in a hurry, I can call in my order before I go and run in and two seconds later, I’m out and on my way to work. It literally takes two minutes. If I would’ve gone to big box drive through coffee, I’d still be in line ordering by the time I’m on my way to work after ordering from Craze :) They’re fast, creative, and very kind. They can mix up flavors of teas and coffees that make me so happy. Their changing specials online I watch on Facebook make me really excited to go!!!! Never go to another Big box coffee place, come get you some of this instead!"

"I am not sure where to even begin! Jaqueline, the owner of Craze, is an outstanding member of our community. I started to get to know her better after finding out she was the one who owned Craze! I started going there on my way to work and passed up other big box coffee stores and got even better coffee here at Craze!! They can make the same things as other places do. If you don’t see something you like, they’ll make it. Their sugar free flavor selection is so lit!!! There’s no drive through, and I get people like convenience of drive through, but the cool thing is you can call in your order and literally take two seconds to go pick it up, even paying over the phone!! They always make it was east as possible. And- Walking in the shop always makes me happy! The cool stuff in there is fun to look at! The vibe is really chill and cool. Besides having the best coffee and energy tea in town (my favorite is the cream brûlée iced latte and kiwi strawberry tea!!), she personally drove me and my niece who was taking care of me a drink to my house after a surgery! Who does that? The owner of Starbucks? No. The owner of a small business who cares about their fellow community members and friends. This is what Lafayette is all about. Good food, good service, good drinks, and loving people like you want to be loved! Remember how hard people work to run a business, and please stop by and give them a try! Their Facebook is great to see the new specials! Which by the way, are always really cool and changing! Also- referring to ice in coffee- like at most coffee places, if you want light ice, order if as “light ice.” The ice at this store is small, like the sonic ice, not cubes! So if you’re not a fan of ice, don’t forget to be specific on how you order it. Business owners like their customers to leave happy. Speak up and they’ll fix it :) They’re really sweet over there."

"Went with my gf for the first time and we weren't even greeted, we had to greet them. They were nice in explaining about the drinks and the two workers their were nice but weren't friendly at all(there's a difference between nice and friendly). I got the Cotton candy latte and my gf got the fruit roll up tea. The drinks were decent but wont be going back since they lack good customer service"
