"My daughter has gone to Bedrock for 3 years now. Every concern has been appropriately handled. Anytime something goes wrong they immediately look at the cameras and call me. Everyone there is absolutely amazing! I highly recommend Bedrock!!"

"Selena the owner told me I needed to medicate my four year old for ADHD. She said I needed to start him on ADHD medication now before it’s too late. I had a third party witness there with me when she stated this. Drs do not medicate children that young. They are not fully developed. Every person in bossier that I have spoken to that has had their children in this facility has similar complaints that they are overpopulated, they call the parents at work every day to come get their child and they kick them out. They told me they were not able to have someone stay with a child that is not napping because that is their staff’s lunch time and they do not have the staff for that. The daycare we went to after our horrible experience at Bedrock was amazing and my children have been there for 3 years with no issues. They were shocked when I told them of my experience at bedrock and said they have heard similar stories from other parents that had left Bedrock. Thankfully I did not take the non-medical advise from Selena and my son was never medicated and he has excelled in school."

"Terrible experience here. Nice facility. Good security, but is overpopulated and they expect your children to be militants. I was told by former workers that they kick children out left and right. They called me everyday at work to come pick my child up because he wasn’t taking a nap and they couldn’t staff someone to watch him during nap time because that was their lunch time. They expect all of them to take a 2 hour nap at 10:30am. While I was paying them $1000/month. The owner of the daycare told me my high energy four year old had ADHD and I needed to medicate him. They finally kicked him out a couple days later. I do not recommend this facility if your child is not perfect, if you have a busy body or high energy child or child of special needs. They are not capable. My child is not of special needs he is just a high energy little boy, but they made him feel that way. I would say this facility is more damaging to children than anything."

"Selena is the best!! I have one son so this is the first daycare I have ever used and, they have made it the best experience by far! We feel right at home and they treat you like family! I would highly recommend bedrock academy to anyone who needs a great daycare!!!!"

"Selena and all of her staff go above and beyond to help the children in their care. The facility is kept clean and always updating/adding to meet the needs of the growing kids. Being a mother of a toddler that was abused at a previous daycare, I was extremely nervous when in search of a new daycare. My son has attended Bedrock since June 2014 and I have never felt uneasy or ever questioned anything there. He loves the teachers and even with drop offs & his crying for Mom, they are attentive to his needs. The Pre-K (Mother Goose) has also played an important part in my son's education. At 2 years old, my son was well aware of his ABC's, counting to 20, and even Spanish. Simply amazed at what he learned at an affordable rate."
