"Apparently before the new management it was a bit rough but my experience was the exact opposite. The manager listened and made sure things got done asap. I didn’t have to worry about noisy neighbors or anything. I’d live here again in a heartbeat. I have no complaints at all!"
"They never fix anything the appliances needs to be updated the vents need to be cleaned out I mean a deep cleaning. They never answer the phone very unprofessional."

"Very nice and spacious apartments. I lived there for about a year it was nice. I loved the quiet atmosphere and the manager was very helpful. I would recommend these apartments . I ended up moving because i recieved section 8 . Had i not recieved section 8 i would still be living in Tracewood 2. I think these apartments are in a good location and very good apartments."
