Westfield Apartments

"After giving my deposit to move to Westfield the manager stated it would be a couple of weeks. She then stated it would be a couple of months & wasn’t sure of the exact date. I was in need of a place to stay urgently and found something the very next week. She gave me a bogus phone number & says she doesn’t know how to get in contact with upper management. I’ve tried getting my deposit back for over 6 months now. My mom lived there years ago & warned me not to move there. Rodent issues & apartments are very old."

"Worst management EVER!! After getting my security deposit the property manager came to my job and threatened me because I called her home office. She told me "I'll have you evicted like I did the last girl who kept calling home office on me" this is also after I paid 40$ for the background checks. She is a mean short tempered woman who had been playing me the entire time until she secured my 545$ security deposit!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!! She manages several complexes Southwind in Jennings Polk Place in Welsh AND Westfield in Welsh"

"Weak as apartments go. No Garbage Disposal, No Dish washer. No Fix for leaking water pipes. No working contact numbers. Owners have no contact number with Parish Tax Dept. Police have no Emergency number - ( WTF ) Owners are unidentifiable. NO WEBSITE - No eMAIL - No Corporate Phone. Very Suspicious. Advise: STAY AWAY Owners in totally HIDDEN........... Sounds like a HUD SCAM"
